“It was difficult to pair the keyboard to my iPad and I still cannot get the all the keys on the board to register as letters or characters on the screen - leading to incomplete words. Very frustrating.”

“For well over a year, I had a key that would stick. I could punch it with my finger several times and it would eventually come loose. I finally got tired of the issue and contacted customer support. Mason immediate contacted me back and worked their process which resulted in a new replacement. I was completely and thoroughly impressed with the quick response and an effort to make it right. In these days where companies look for the slightest reason not support their product, Brydge is exactly the opposite. I will definitely buy from them again! These guys are top-notch and a breath of customer support fresh air.”

“This is my second Brydge Keyboard and if I purchase another iPad Pro, I'll purchase my third. The keyboard is so comfortable, ergonomically perfect and the exact tactile experience I need when typing. With the Smart Keyboard (which I purchased separately) my fingertips began to hurt and I ended up giving it away, but with the Brydge keyboard, it feels just like I'm on my Mac. Won't use any other!”

“Great keyboard EXCEPT I have had two, the first one I had sticky keys and on the second one my biggest complaint is that the keys do not repeat when you hold them down. Either to repeat a letter or to backspace over a distance. Has anyone had this problem? How about a solution? Service is unquestioned. Very impressed with the response to my issue. But I still don’t have a final resolve. Please help...”
