“I think the order was fine initially, but then I needed customer service and things were a train wreck. I would never purchase another piece of product from this company. The customer service after the fact was beyond horrible.”

“This keyboard work brilliantly with my Series 1 iPad Pro. So much better than the Apple keyboard, the Brydge keyboard turn my iPad into a MacBook. Very impressed with it. The only minor feedback is for the two black rubber spacers at the bottom edge of the keyboard. I realise they are there to protect the keyboard and iPad screen but they are a little annoying when typing. I did notice that on the later models they were moved near the keys so it's no issue at all. Overall, this is a minor point and I love it :)”
