“I purchased the 12.9-inch variant for the 2nd Gen iPad Pro. Great stability. Backlight is incredibly useful. Typing experience as plenty of travel. Battery life is phenomenal. It also looks great and makes this iPad feel like a laptop. I’m not sure I could count all the times I had people ask me how I like my “MacBook”. If you are looking for the most slim and light keyboard this ain’t it. I’ve also got Apple’s own keyboard which is slim and light, but lacks in all the ways that Brydge is good. One downside to the grip and stability offered by the hinge is that it is more tricky to remove the iPad. A few months after purchasing the Brydge keyboard and case, one of the hinges broke off while I was trying to remove the iPad. Honestly I sat disgusted for months thinking about the build quality of a product that cost me so much hard earned cash. Fortunately, I contacted customer support and asked if there was anything they could do. They overnighted me a new keyboard! Sort of made me a Brydge believer for life! Kudos to a company that builds great products and then backs them up with AMAZING Customer Service! Thanks Lexie!”

“We accidentally ordered the wrong gen keyboard for an i iPad Pro. We Called the next day to cancel the order but was informed that it was already in process and unable to be cancel. Since November 29/2019 we have been issued 2 RMA numbers for returns with no response for information on returning to this date. We would like to send this product back because it is of no use to us and have our money refunded. We did reorder the proper keyboard since. I am enjoying it but will prob not order or recommend this company/product in the future. Very disappointed with customer service. BUYER BEWARE”

“Good keyboard, easy to attach, hasnâ€™t missed any keystrokes which was one of my fears prior to buying. Only regret is that muscle memory keeps me reaching for a touch pad which doesnâ€™t exist! Only 4 stars because the keys are a little bit more mushy than I like, but still feel pretty good.”

“The design blends weii with the Ipad. Once fitted it stay’s in place. The bluetooth link is rapid 95% of the time. The key’s are great and so are all the short cut’s. Backlighting is excellent and can be changed to fit ambient color. The Ipad can be flipped the other way if you want to use it purely as tablet. Whatever the set-up the screen can used in different angles which I have not seen in other keyboards. Time will tell if the hinge is good and the keys do not pop out”
