“The day that I received my Brydge, it broke. I contacted customer service with pictures. They told what the problem was and provided me a label to send it in for repairs. Once it arrived there, they told me something else was wrong and they could not repair it. To add insult to injury, they said that I would have to pay to return my now unusable Brydge. So what do you think about that? Terrible product and worse customer service. Stay away is my advice!!!”

“When I purchased Brydge Keypad four weeks ago for new iPad there was no mention on Brydge website or any other very bold declaration that they did not have a current model/size even made yet for the new iPad product. I received the Brydge Keypad only to discover it was an old Brydge design and didn’t fit my new iPad.”
