“My 12.9 Brydge broke on the very day that I received it. I contacted Brydge support. They said that they knew the issue (Hinge problems) and sent me a label to return the item. (Good so far, right? Just wait! Once they received it, I was informed that something else was wrong and that it could not be repaired. (The kicker) I was informed that I must pay to have the damaged item returned to me at MY COST! Absolutely horrible. If I could give it less than one star, I would. $150 down the drain!!!”

“Unit is good, that’s why I had replaced my damaged one. However to mislead me to think I was getting special loyalty pricing when you’re selling it at the same price for Black Friday is not ethical. Also keyboard is discolored because it’s warped at the pivot point and pinched against the back cover previously purchased from you guys creating a very used look. My fault or yours?”
