“I purchased a iPad Pro Max 11 inch keyboard from Brydge which was faulty and the customer care don’t wanna help me at all in terms of my return , I keep being asked the same questions for me to send them a video and ever after I do that they send me an email again asking me to send a video … and they phone customer service always goes to a Voice Mail !.. Like seriously guys … I’m never ever gonna be buying anything directly for Brydge.”
