“My Brydge case was great but after a little over a year of using it, the case suddenly stopped working. The customer service could care less. I will never buy this product again.”

“The trackpad is very poor for a number of reasons. It is often unresponsive especially with two finger scrolling, and the travel and resistance when pressing down to click requires too much pressure. Also he clicking sound is cheap. You say the product is innovative.. I have found NO innovative features so far. I have several Bluetooth keyboards which work beautifully. However they do not have trackpads and are aesthetically not in keeping with the iPad. Your product is however with such a poor trackpad it really isn’t any better than what I already have. The keyboard is heavy and for no apparently good reason. You could have included some ports, a battery, wireless charging from the back plate etc. It is difficult to open the keyboard and pad when connected. The hinder sister is not refined and has too much resistance. You could take a look at how beautifully Apple products open with just one finger. The keyboard is easy to damage. The top magnetic plate should either come with a protector or be a sacrificial or replaceable plate. Possibly you could offer a range of colours. The delivery service was poor and your customer service reply’s to emails were simplistic and almost dismissive. I paid for a 2-6 day FedEx service and received it on day 7 or 8. I have made inquiries about a refund for FedEx delivering outside of their guarantee but have heard nothing from your team and it is proving difficult to establish the process through the FedEx site.”

“Kinda mad honestly. I wasted a lot of money on this and it’s just been a few weeks since I’ve had it and sometimes it doesn’t turn on even when it’s fully charged. The mouse freezes or gets stuck and the key’s don’t work most times. :/”

“After two months of very light use, the hinges broke and the case. I longer holds the screen up. There was no trauma or dropping of the case, they just split on their own. So disappointed in this product.”
