“I am really torn on this. This is my 3rd Brydge product and like all of the others, it looks amazing. The fit and finish is top notch (+1 star). You'd like apple had made this keyboard. However, I've had issues with the trackpad where when I click the trackpad, it somehow treats it like a long press and goes into the edit homescreen mode (-2 stars). This happens about 95% of the time. Fortunately, you can turn on tap-to-click, which makes it usable. After reaching out to customer service, my issue hasn't been resolved in full. It seems like they are quite busy answering questions, but my communication back and forth with them has made it seem like they aren't reading my message in full. I am sure because of the amount of correspondence they have, its tough to get back to me in a timely fashion, but its a 2 day wait between each message. The most frustrating aspect with my interaction is that their responses could have been avoided had they read my message in full (-2 stars). I love the product, despite the trackpad issue. I just have no faith in Brydge as a company to follow through on any support.”

“This is a really solid keyboard. My positives about this piece are the construction of the keyboard. Very solidly built. The brushed aluminum looks great. My negatives are that the mouse functions could be defined better. Clicking on an icon on a homescreen to open it only opens the menu to arrange icons or delete apps. If the mouse could function more as a mouse instead of a "scroller" it would be a better unit. Also, being used to the Mac keyboards, this one feels like the stroke for key press is a little long. If there was a way to make this a shorter stroke it would feel better. Thanks.”

“What a pc of CRAP. And I dont get it the reviews on YouTube for the 12.9 max + were great. I have not seen any for the 11” yet so I’m making my own because the public needs to know that track pad SUX! After waiting 5 months and paying $199 i am DISGUSTED. Whilst I dislike the extremely cheap materials on the Apple keyboard and ridiculous cost of it…AT LEAST IT WORKS!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THIS THING OUT OF MY SIGHT!!!”

“My Max+ broke after two weeks of purchaseand still waiting for my replacement. Speaking to representative Chelsea and ask for a manager. I paid over $300 for device and insurance. Still haven't got my replacement device after 1 month. Need replacement.”

“Overall this is a really nice keyboard. But it is very heavy and it does bend slightly when you pick it up and one corner. If you use your iPad for writing this is a good investment”
