“I got this when it first came out. Within a couple months, the plastic hinge snapped and the laptop became useless because the screen would not stay up. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement right away, which was awesome! But just last week, the hinges completely snapped again. I made sure to be extra careful, open and close slowly, because I had no idea if I had done something to make the previous cover’s hinge snap. I’m so, so disappointed, because this is otherwise and AWESOME keyboard and I would give it 5 stars. I would definitely buy this again if they fixed this issue, it’s like the iPad is too heavy to be fully supported. I’m going to have to buy the $350 Apple version which doesn’t look as good…”

“This is a great case if you want to turn your iPad into a laptop. But if you want your iPad to be a tablet this is not the case for you. It works great for what it is but it is not great for travel (very heavy). I loved it for what it was but had to return it because if I wanted a computer I would have bought a MacBook.”

“I think the spacebar does not respond the same way the rest of the keys do. It sounds and feels different than the rest. Shouldn't be this way on a $200 keyboard.”

“Don’t know who is behind this design but simply AMAZING! This is absolutely ridiculous and the best 3rd party keyboard I have used to date on my iPad Air 4th Gen!”

“My unit broke in less than two months and now will not hold the screen up without falling. In the photo you will see the pin that holds the screen, when the device is opened, this pin slides through that hole and out of the device”

“I really wanted to like Brydge. I ordered my first keyboard and received a used gunky one. (Had grease all over the keys) returned that one, only to get a unit with a faulty trackpad. Had to pay shipping to send it back. Just buy the apple keyboard, I’m very happy with that one.”
