“The track pad is not moving properly, the keys are ok. Everything is working fine except for the track pad. After an house of usage, the track pad starts to act up, it doesn’t sense my fingers.”

“Keyboard is defective. I sent a ticket to customer support and have to wait 48 hours due to busy times. I am having second thoughts and may go with the Apple keyboard since I can get immediate support at the Apple store. Hopefully, this can be resolved as soon as possible since I've purchased Brydge products in the past.”

“Accidentally dropped it on the carpeted floor and 3 keys fell off also had lots of glitches not happy with the quality of the product at all I purchased 2 1 is unusable hopefully the 2nd one stays in tact”

“Typing experience is great, and it looks beautifull. But the trackpad response in not consistent. Hopefully this will be corrected in IpadOS15 soon!”

“I got 2 of these. The first the touch pad worked very poorly and it was returned and a new one sent out. The 2nd touch pad worked better but still was very buggy. The keyboard was excellent. It is such a shame the mouse portion was so erratic as I loved typing on it. The 2nd one was returned as well and I received a full refund. The support response was quite good.”

“For anyone using an iPad Pro, this keyboard is a dream. It’s easy to set up, responsive, and looks great. The keys are very tactile and have a better actuation than I expected. While it is a bit heavy, a full aluminum body is why but it creates a sturdy build with a nice finish. The track pad is wonderfully designed with both gestures and a pressable surface. Worth every dollar.”

“Great product, nice key response, makes the iPad look like a MacBook, which is really cool, matches the color of my iPad perfectly. The only thing I want a software update for, is when using the trackpad, have the keys backlight stay on, like on the Apple Magic Keyboard. When using only the trackpad, on the Apple product, the backlight stays on, which makes it easy to go and type something, instead of having to wake it up by pressing an arrow or something. Having the trackpad activate the backlight will also make using it feel more like a laptop, as laptops keep the light on while using the trackpad.”
