Typing on it was pretty good, although I am often experiencing double letters. I’m not crazy about the fit, even after using the replacement clips.

I’ve held off reviewing this keyboard hoping the problems I’ve had would be resolved by now but that hasn’t happened. I received this keyboard the 19th of July and immediately encountered problems with it. It continually would stop working and I would have to turn the keyboard off and back on again to get it to work, it would even lock up the iPad so the iPad would need to be reset to work again. I of course upgraded the firmware many times, removed it from the Bluetooth and paired again and again. Nothing worked , I tried calling tech support for help but there was no phone support so I emailed the problems I was having with the keyboard. About two weeks later I finally received a response and was told to do the same things I had already tried, literally no help at all. I replied twice but never heard back from him. I tried emailing through the website, received a reply telling me to do what I have already tried but did everything again in the email. Again nothing worked, it’s a bad keyboard, all I wanted was to replace it (it’s new and supposed to be warrantied) but again have not heard a word since. That was almost two weeks ago, and still no word from anyone. I’ve emailed probably six times now and can’t get any help. The hinge in the back of the keyboard is creaked very badly on the left side and now cracking on the right side. It’s clearly a bad keyboard but I can’t get any help. Unbelievable, there is no tech support that will help there, I can’t talk to anyone, it’s been over a month now and I still have no help. I’ve never experienced such bad tech support, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had just trying to get a replacement. I can’t even get anyone to response. At this point I just want my money back and can’t even get that. I couldn’t be more disappointed in Brydge. What does one have to do to get some help from you guys? As of right now it’s the worst keyboard I’ve ever used, I’ve given Brydge plenty of time to resolve this and they have made no attempt to do so. I’m no longer a Brydge customer, I appear to be stuck with a keyboard that doesn’t work from a company that cares nothing about their customers. Sad.

It was an awesome product. Customer service did reply to my e-mails even it took couple of days. Only one thing though, delivery was quite slow.

I’ve called and emailed this company over 50 times combined, no exaggeration. This desperate attempt is in reference to a defective item which I paid $277.88 for, the (Brydge 12.9 MAX+!) and no one seems to ever answer or be there , voice mail is always full and or no one replies to my emails. I’ve been at it for 30 days. This item doesn’t sit up and completely reclines flat . If you are reading this….. PLEASE stay away from this company. I feel like I’ve been robbed. CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn’t exist. It feels like I made a purchase on wish.con. This is a rip off…….

I had a Brydge keyboard for my fist generation iPad 11 Pro and loved it. When I recently moved to the 12.9 inch iPad Pro looked no further than Brydge. I have not been disappointed and love the additional features on this 12.9 Max+ keyboard. Well done!!

Works extremely well, easy to set up and use. The only criticism I want to make is the long delivery time required.

Amazing design fit and finish but a little flimsy in crucial spots like the hinge. I understand it is not 360 degree but after only had it for a few weeks it hyperextended just slightly one time and cracked the case around the hinge. It still works but man for the money I spent that was disappointing.

I like the keyboard. It's much heavier that I anticipated. I am not happy at all that I had to purchase the cable to charge it. Because of the high price of the keyboard, the least your company could do is provide the cable. Please reconsider that courtesy.
