“I thought both the iPad and trackpad/keyboard activated at the same time. I find that I must turn on the keyboard separately when opening to use it. The pressure required to click the trackpad seems excessive when compared to other trackpad competitive devices.”

“setup and pairing were simply and quick. Update of firmware was also completed without issue. The main problem with this purchase (placed in April received it last week), took too long to receive it, But, customer service, Chelsea was very helpful in keeping me updated with the shipping status. Thanks to her.”

“Pros: excellent design. Strong magnets secure iPad. Cons: extremely heavy in a bad way. The touchpad makes a very loud and annoying clicking sound.”
