“Software update took a few attempts. When closing lid with iPad in it, it has a tendency to slam… heart stopping and a habit I hope I can get into. Magnet doesn’t seem to hold tablet for final few inches when closing. Trackpad functionality disappeared a few times. Reinstalled firmware and it seemed to help. Otherwise the keyboard is great. Beautiful design. Keyboard action is very pleasing. Touch gestures take some getting used to but are great. Would love a few more Mac shortcut keystrokes to be included … It’s heavier than I thought it would be, but glad for the extra stability it offers. It would also be great to have a magnet in the lid that allows the iPad to be held in portrait mode when needed… thtas more an issue with the eyeline problem of iPad’s camera position. Not your fault. :) I’d still recommend this over Apple’s branded keyboard. 4 stars may be a bit harsh - 4 and a half would be fairer. :)”

“So far I am loving my keyboard from Brydge. The only thing that surprised me was that the battery life was shorter than I thought and for that reason,Brydge should include a charger and cord for the keyboard as my battery on the keyboard was dying at the same time that my iPad was dying. I decided to charge my iPad first and then my keyboard as the keyboard takes much longer to charge.”

“Love the keyboard, occasionally there’s a disconnect that just needs a little fixibg from the Bluetooth mode, otherwise its a great keyboard.”

“Just what I needed/wanted. I'd have gone full five stars if there was some accommodation for the Apple Pencil, but otherwise, this is a fantastic keyboard. Prompt to wake up from sleep/idle and feels pretty good typing. I had a little issue with double-spaces at first but I'm past that now. The touchpad takes just a little getting used to, I need to figure out how to change the speed it moves across the screen (too slow for me). I'm happy with it! 8^)”

“Very pleased! I’d spend time talking about the keyboard itself but the product speaks for itself. You will not be disappointed. My 5 star rating is including their customer support! I thought they were going to give me a hard time with the defective product initially received. They tried to resolve the issue several times and then emailed me the RMA prepaid shipping label. Once in the mail, they immediately sent the replacement! Well done! Easy setup, firmware update via the Brydge app, mounting iPad Pro 12.9” 5th Generation without any problems, feels natural and spacious while typing, excellent construction, backlit keyboard, trackpad functionality! What is there not to like?! Here’s the case of you get what you pay for! Worth every penny, dime, dollar spent$$$”

“The keyboard seems to frequently lose its connection with my 5th generation iPad Pro, in fact it lost it’s connection while writing this review. The unit is well built but very heavy. My main purpose was to find something that would hold up when actually being used on my lap. It does the job.”
