It's a pretty good keyboard and they have a great connection with battery life. The only issue is with the TouchPad which pretty small and the weight of the keyboard is too much.

After waiting for 4 months for the keyboard, I was demonstrating the flipping of the IpadPro to use as a pad on the keyboard. While placing it back in the holders, the rubber tab split. I texted the desk and they said they were going to send me another set out that day. Two weeks later and no tabs. I have tried to notify and ask and I have not received any kind of answer. I love the keyboard, but I am a bit disappointed in the C/S. At this point, I am wondering if it were worth the wait. My last keyboard on my old IPad was 10 times better.

This is my second Brydge keyboard (I also have one for my IPad Pro) and I'm very pleased with it. My only ask would be for a key that allows for toggling between screens - when I'm linked to another monitor for presentations it's nice to be able to blank out the other...

The keyboard arrived with a defective "c" key. Customer support responded quickly and sent out a replacement. That did not correct the problem (see photo), and I told customer support that I wanted to return the keyboard for a refund. I was offered a replacement with an upgrade, and though I appreciated the effort, I couldn't wait any longer for a keyboard solution. Customer support said they would send out a shipping label, but it hasn't happened yet. I've sent multiple email messages asking for a label, and now I get no response at all. So what started as a positive experience has turned into regret that I gave Brydge my business. Tracy S.

I have owned for 3 years. Only issue is after 1.5 to 2 years, either battery has charging issues or the case expands so that unless you wiggle case it gets nonresponsive. I have to buy a new one when that occurs. I found a small thick leather case that allows keyboard and surface pro (any model) to be fully protected on both ends from a drop. It is much better overall than Microsoft keyboard.
