Brydge keyboard has turned my surface pro into a much more useable device, was using a Microsoft Type keyboard before, more like a laptop now, have had the Brydge for about 2 weeks now, and extremely happy with it.

Like the responsiveness of keyboard. Mouse is very difficult to use when highlighting or "right clicking". Not reliable when you use it. Perhaps through settings I can tweak it to work better. Fit seems good and I'm not certain how others are breaking their screens with it.

open box purchase, keyboard was dirty, missing a screw from the back. Overall not satisfied, returned product for refund.

This keyboard fits the Surface Pro 5 with LTE perfectly. I have long wanted to buy a Surface Pro but the only thing holding me back was that the type cover and kick stand make using it on my lap difficult. The Brydge keyboard solved all of my problems. This is the keyboard Microsoft should have designed in the first place.

I absolutely love my Brydge. It’s the first time I’ve had one. I used the Apple Smart Keyboard for a year but was getting frustrated with it losing connection (had to keep separating it and then reseating it) and wth it being a little unstable (for working on lap, watching movies while lying down, stuff like that). With Bridge, I immediately slid my ipad into the soft prong holders and it fit perfectly. It is very secure and the iPad is well protected by the pads. It is almost like a laptop computer and most people that see it wonder if it’s a new apple laptop model. My iPad is Rosegold so it is a total match in color. It is very stable and well balanced when using on my lap or turning sideways to watch a movie in bed. It also still very thin when closing. I had to remove my iPad shell case, but always put the iPad on surfaces with the Brydge side down, since it is a little heavier and has padded feet. I HIGHLY recommend this. The battery holds up great (I don’t think I’ve charged it in over a week and it still has over 65% power). There is tiny wake up delay when you open it. I usually just open, hit any key, then press my home button on iPad. They are all ready about the same time if I do it in that order. Also, the keys have a very nice click response and I LOVE the back lit keys. Soooooo much of an improvement over the Apple Smart Keyboard.

When it comes to writing on the move there's little to beat this keyboard.

I have been using this keyboard for about 6 months now and everything has been seamless except the fact that it caused a tiny crack or some sort of LED burst? in the bottom right corner of my surface pro display. This is due to the grips being too tight. At first I didn't notice this but then I started realizing that whenever I closed my surface pro with this keyboard attached, there would be MAJOR screen pinching on the two corners of my surface display and cause the screen to be white, sort of when you push on your phone or screen a bit too hard. I have no screen protector as the BRYDGE team specifies not to, but it was still too tight on my display. I started just opening the surface pro's stand and placing it within the grips, this allows for the surface to still be more or less stable (much more stable than the type cover) and not pinch my screen. But because of this pinching, I am afraid to keep it attached when not in use and have to resort to keeping the two products seperate which can be quite annoying at times. Although the 'hack' I do helps a bit, I wouldve preffered a little less pressure from the grips provided and this would've been a flawless product.
