“After installing the keyboard onto my Surface Pro 3 with the proper shims and checking to make sure it would not slip out but could be adjusted horizontally for alignment to the keyboard, I closed the case carefully to check for a good fit. All was well. The next day, while at a training seminar, I opened up to show off the new product to my cohort. As I was closing it I heard a chilling CRUNCH! I opened back up as slivers of glass from my screen fell to the ground. I now have a hole on the bottle right side of my screen were the small hinge arm made contact with the screen! I have also lost the use of the Surface Pen since it also spiderweb cracked the rest of the screen too! It appears the hinges need to be adjusted out closer to the edge where the glass connects to the case. I feel the Brydge 12.3 design is flawed and wonder how many other screens have been cracked.”

“Iâ€™m reliant in single-handed typing following a stroke, after a lifetime of proficient touch/typing. This compact keyboard is ideal, better than other compact keyboards Iâ€™ve found. In addition to one for my iPad mini, I recently purchased a 2nd one to keep paired with my iMac. Key spacing works well with my one good hand to cover the span of the keyboard. Love the feel of key action.”

“Microsoft needs to buy these guys and fire the team that designed and supports the magnetic snap on keyboard, that is crap that doesn’t work and ruins a great Tablet/Computer- thank you Brydge for saving my investment in this unit, I love it again like I did when it was new! Well made, works every time, like it should!”

“Yes, it adds weight but it adds so much more! Keyboard is perfect, no problems with keys spaced too closely ; response is very good. Extra storage is welcome, and overall a purchase I am happy with.”
