“I bought this keyboard for my Surface Pro 3 from Best Buy with high hopes after reading great reviews. I installed the keyboard with the SP3 replacement hinges included in the box. It worked great for about two months, then one day, while typing on a desk, I started to see a hairline crack form starting at the right hinge. Within a few minutes, the hairline crack extended up the screen. The hinges are just slightly too tight, enough to crack the glass of the screen. At least it didn't damage the LCD yet, but now I'm hesitant to remove the keyboard and apply any more pressure.”

“I ordered this to turn my Surface Pro 4 into more of a "laptop". I travel on planes alot and I needed something that wouldn't fall over. All-in-all, this is a great keyboard. However, because of certain tasks I complete on my machine, I absolutely have to have a mouse. Working on the track pad just doesn't cut it day in, day out. I noticed some pretty severe Bluetooth interference whenever my mouse was on (also Bluetooth). Characters would reapeat multiple times even when not typing or just not work at all. The keyboard would completely stop working for 10, 20, 30 seconds at a time and then just start working again for no reason. I finally realized it was my mouse, so I turned it off. Zero issues when it is off. So, I wrote Brydge support explainng the situation and they wrote back saying there was nothing they could do. So, if you want this keyboard for "light use", I would highly recommend it. But if your tasks require a mouse, you will not be happy. I know there are those wireless mouses out there that plug into the USB slot but, if I use one of those, then my USB slot is taken up (since there is only one). I suppose I am forced to go that route, however.”

“Overall I well designed and made product with a couple of SMALL failings: Because if the hinge it is very difficult to touch the bottom (ie the side adjacent to the hinge) do the screen. Often I have to slip the keyboard up to touch her screen then move it back, The power button is a switch similar to the mute/rotation lock on the IPad.. when switched to on a green dot should be revealed but it hasnâ€™t been position well so it is only just in view and is diffulat to see in poor light, if the keyboard isnâ€™t responding I am not sure it itâ€™s because the keyboard migh be off. Next to that switch is a button used for pairing. Itâ€™s the same size as the volume buttons on the iPad. But itâ€™s not of the same quality. It rattles when touched, Letâ€™s be clear these are monitor things. This keyboard is WAY better than others Iâ€™ve tried. The iPad can be tilited to a comfortable position and is held securely. Attention has been paid to be small things as with Apple: The toggle switch and button reveres to above line up with th e ones of similar design on e iPad, and the metal finish is the same thus making the two appear â€œrightâ€.”

“This is a great item that feels protective of my iPad Mini and very Useful. I especially like the way it fits in the Leather Case I bought as well. I did buy a Screen Protector from another online source which makes it even more protected.”
