Very well built keyboard. If you are looking for a fully functional keyboard , this is the keyboard which will make your surface into a surface book. It does weigh a bit , but then the build and performance of the keyboard is extremely good.

Yes, it adds weight but it adds so much more! Keyboard is perfect, no problems with keys spaced too closely ; response is very good. Extra storage is welcome, and overall a purchase I am happy with.

The Brydge keyboard is fantastic. It allows the surface pro to act like a laptop when required. Highly recommended

This product turned my surface pro 4 into a laptop - exactly what I was looking for when working on a plan or on my lap. Slight delay with Bluetooth connection, but expected with any blue tooth device. Typing is great!

Absolutely the best keyboard I tried for surface pro. Many on my team now have one too and they are as picky as me.

The trackpad leaves MUCH to be desired, quite small compared to the surface keybopard's and mine often cuts out when clicking and dragging things. The click pressure needed versus the microsoft trackpad is WAY heavier on the brydge. Can't easily click and drag on the fly...like I have to lift my hand to get a firmer click. Also, for how heavy you had to make this to counter balance the surface weight, why not make this with an optional backup battery integration option? Not a complaint, just a suggestion. I dont need the extra storage SSD, but would have gladly upgraded to a built in battery...if it's too hard to make a surface charger, it'd still be cool to charge a phone while working. replace a charging brick with a keyboard brick! 2 birds, one brick...er...so to speak
