“I admit, I went back and forth about buying this due to some of the negative reviews, and ultimately choose this, because I didn't like any other option. I'm glad I got it. It's so much better than the bluetooth one I replaced and much, much better than the Microsoft keyboard that is meant for the Surface Pro. This keyboard is sturdy and types very well, easily. It also turns on quickly and stays on, versus the Tomsenn one I had before. Overall and so far, I really like this and am happy with my purchase. Oh also, I had a challenge getting it to pair and when I called the phone number in the manual, I got right through to someone who knew exactly what the issue was, and quickly got it resolved! When do you ever get that kind of customer service these days!!!”

“Good build. The fitting process was straightforward, but the notes accompanying are printed so small they are hard to read. Also, the note on backlights did not make sense. I like the keyboard - good feel. Trackpad: a little oversensitive.”

“The Brydge 12.3 is by far the finest keyboard system I have purchased. This model works perfectly with my Surface Pro. It's rugged and does a great job protecting the unit. I like the solid construction and long battery life. The unit had no problems connected to the Surface Pro, too.”

“When I first bought my keyboard it was acting up. Sent it back and they quickly sent me a new one and it has worked perfect ever since.”

“Very happy with my Brydge. I give it 4/5 stars because it does rub on a couple of the parts on my surface when closed. That said it does a great job of making the surface more laptop like which was exactly what I needed for lectures at uni where the kickstand did not work in the limited space.”
