“Keyboard skips my key strokes and it drives me nuts. Their return policy which I wasn't aware of, says that there's restocking fee and it seems like you have to pay for shipping. Not to mention that Amazon sells it for $129 and free 2 day prime shipping but then I got it from your website because your staff member responded to my email saying that you do realize there were units with flaw on the first batch but new ones shouldn't have that problem. I ordered, waited 11 days (amazon only makes me wait 2 days) and disappointed that the problem is still there. I replied to the customer service that told me that new ones shouldn't have the problem, explaining my situation and I want full refund, but still no answer. If they don't give me refund, it's going to be just OVERPAID TABLET STAND WITH MEDIA CONTROLS that looks like keyboard that won't function as a keyboard and I'll probably make more videos about it.”

“Brydge did not sync well w/ Bluetooth. The keyboard is clumsy. ZAGG makes a much better product.”
