“I used the Brydge 10.5 for about 3 days and was on the verge of sending it back, this was back in December. I found the keys to be stiff and had a hard time floating on the Apple Smart Keyboard to having to apply more pressure on the Brydge. After contacting customer service, I had a change of heart and decided to just stick with it. So glad I did because it takes a little bit of breaking in, at least for me, and now I love it. There were two many other pros to throw it back because of that. Pros: Backlit keys (thank you!); extremely secure hinges for the iPad; control keys; easy Bluetooth pairing; exceptional battery life; and the biggest pro for me, the slim profile. Just waiting on my Brydge protective cover to pair with this setup and I will be in Brydge heaven! Shout out to customer service as well! Thanks, guys!”

“One key wasn’t functioning properly on the first keyboard. We were given a return label and 10 days later received a fully functional keyboard. The combo of keyboard and iPad looks really nice and my reservations over another thing to be charged and blue tooth latency are gone. It works great! Especially like the hinges and how they fold the screen of the iPad just right. This slides into my case easily and adds very little weight. Well done Brydge!”

“I have had this keyboard for three months and have lost bluetooth connections 4 times. It now required deletion and repairing to get the keyboard to work and has been happening with greater frequency. When it does work, the keyboard does not work effectively if you do not make a concerted effort to type in the center of each key, including the spacebar. I cannot type anything without having to correct the missing keystrokes. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Worse yet is the inability to reach Brydge to discuss. The phone NEVER answers. It rings until it disconnects and they don’t respond to emails. Wish I had bought from Amazon. This keyboard would have been returned!”

“Had an issue with the first keyboard, but the quickly turned around a new one to me. Oddly enough, the space bar is not working on this review so I am using on screen keyboard. I like the design and look and the customer service is outstanding. Just wish the keys where a little more sensitive.”
