“Had an issue with the first keyboard, but the quickly turned around a new one to me. Oddly enough, the space bar is not working on this review so I am using on screen keyboard. I like the design and look and the customer service is outstanding. Just wish the keys where a little more sensitive.”

“From the day I received this keyboard case I never been able to have my new 10.5 IPad Pro to hook up with Bluetooth. The keyboard sees the iPad, but will not link up with it.”

“No complaints about the keyboard itself, however, it lacks a smart connector, therefore using its own power source for its Bluetooth connection. This drains both the iPad and the keyboard quickly. The keyboard offers very little if any protection from drops etc. there should at least be a protective shell for the Ipad, and what’s this about taking off a screen protector?. Who are the” brilliant minds behind this fad?”

“In my previous review I my biggest dissapointment was the lack of protection for the iPad itself, however now I see that is a separate purchase. Only one critical suggestion, Brydge goes out of their way to make the keyboard out of aluminum, but please make the case at least the same colors as the keyboard”

“I was very dissatisfied with my brydge keyboard. I wrote a negative review because of my frustration. I will tell you the company responded and I sent back my keyboard and I’ve been notified that a new one is on the way. I feel respected.”
