“After doing a good bit of research, I landed on this beautiful Keyboard/IPad case. It’s all of the things folks have said here. Beautiful, well constructed, elegant if not a tad on the heavy side, and yet I’m returning it. There are two flaws worth noting. First, the position of the keys towards the bottom of the device force your wrists/palms to rest on the edge of the Brydge less than ideal for comfortable typing. After all this is a keyboard. Second, when the iPad Pro is docked correctly, the bottom edge of the screen is eclipsed by the Brydge. While it isn’t a big deal for viewing, it makes the iPad on screen dock (and all swipe up functions) inaccessible. These might be minor enough to look past but sadly for me because of those utilitarian functions being important, I’m sending mine back.”

“I was so looking forward to this keyboard that would turn my IPad like a MacBook. What a joke!! The keyboard is terrible. You don’t dare just type because you’ll go back and fix all the letters that never worked. I’ve emailed the company with my complaint giving them time to respond but have not heard one word. So don’t say I didn’t warn you.”

“Love this keyboard, it’s hands down the best thing out there, I tried Logitech CREATE and Logitech Slim, both are bulky and drains the ipads’ battery, the battery on the Brydge lasts 90 days between charges with normal use, I cannot say enough about this product and the customer service is on point... Thanks Brydge”

“I am lucky to get a week’s battery life out of this device. The keys are cramped and despite striking effectively I usually have errors due to the key not registering. It is a beautiful device and matches the space grey finish perfectly, but I have not enjoyed using this product.”

“This review is specific to the company and its policies. I FINALLY received the keyboard and immediately received a notice that the hinge might be damaged. Instead of just shipping me a new keyboard, I was REQUIRED to send it back to them for repair. Folks, this was a first for me. OK. After returning it and getting it back, the keyboard works fine. Later I ordered the protective case. It was due to ship on 12/15/17. Of course, I received an excuse email stating due to production issues it will not ship until January. This company is incapable of controlling any step of their manufacturing process and have no clue how to handle defective products. Save yourself the frustration and just say NO!”
