“it basically works, but not well Ethernet did not work when I first received it. I had excellent email support about the issue. the Thunderbolt connection (next to Ethernet port) is intermittent. My external drives sometimes disappear. the Monitor connection is intermittent. My screen sometimes disappears and the monitor goes into Power Saving Mode, which is a bitch to get out of and everything working again. So overall, the dock works, but not great”

“Very pleased with this purchase, as it replaced a 7 mth old OWC expensive Hub, that was shorting out, and having issues maintaining connection with all the peripherals. This Byrdge Stone Pro delivers as advertised, hook up was simple, power to keep my macbook pro 16” fully charged and works flawlessly with all my devices, even the connection to my lg 43’ 4k monitor works with either usbc or display port without a hiccup. thanks for a great product. glad you finally offered a hub with enough power for my macbook.”

“Packaging was very good and implies a quality product inside, which it is. It is precisely what I was looking for with my MacBook Pro 13 and Brydge Vertical Dock. The Stone Pro with a Thunderbolt in and out. T-Bolt out I use for a T-Bolt Y/Splitter to 2 HMDI inlets to my monitors and a number of USB ports for a webcam and other accessories. It all came in the Stone Pro and matches the MacBook, Vertical Dock and Brydge iPad Pro Keyboard. Nicely done. Thanks You”

“I didn't get the product until a week or two after the delivery date. Fedex stated that your company's shipping restrictions prohibited them from telling their driver to "ring the doorbell when they attempt a delivery". Their delivery driver failed to properly attempt a delivery of the product 4 times while the business was active and open. When I spoke to them about changing restricting I called your company 15 times or more during business hours and received no help. the product is good but it was an immense hassle to even get my hands on it”
