“Not happy at all the first generation 1 I had is still working great. This latest one with the trackpad has not lasted 2 weeks! I keep the iPad in it all the time and still the clamp broke off”

“poor design. hinge pads came off within 2 months. poor misuse navigation. stuck keys. ugh. launching complaint with BBB”

“I am really pleased with this product. The keyboard feels great to type on and I generally have very few issues with it. I have started to notice a little squeak when I use the space bar however this may be due to some grit/dirt stuck in it. There are some times when my iPad Pro does not respond to the trackpad however I have only experienced this when using Word and therefore the issue may lie within this application. The main issue I have is that when using the Brydge Pro+ on my lap the iPad (where most of the weight lies) digs into my legs due to being at an angle (see photo) however this is a small inconvenience for an overall very satisfying product.”

“The keyboard works well and feels well made. However the delay in connecting to bluetooth is a little annoying but hardly a disaster. What is annoying is that the keyboard gets in the way of being able to scroll up to get onto the home screen on the ipad itself. I appreciate that Brydge have put in a home button work around but it is a bit annoying and frequently needs repositioning so as not to get in the way of parts of the screen that I touch. I am not unhappy but do wish I had spent another hundred or so pounds and bought the Apple equivalent.”
