“Great responsive keyboard and protects iPad makes it like a laptop, looks great. Customer service was very good replaced mine when I reported one of the hinges was bad”

“Keyboard is great. Scrolling on the track pad is jumpy compared to the Apple pencil or just a finger. I hope updates Wil fix this. A holder for the Apple pencil would have been nice.”

“I have bought and tried over 10 difference keyboard cases for the 2020 4th gen 12.9 iPad Pro. And not one of them has come close to perfect as this case, but I still couldn’t not buy it..why? Bc its missing the main core functionality i need everyday; drawling mode. So overall, that is the only thing missing from making this case the holy grail of iPad keyboards!!! All they had to do was make the back hinge the same width as the font and just have longe height and you could flip. The iPad around and close it for drawling mode. Like what where they thinking by not adding this functionality!! If you agree and want this too, let the company know. I will be holding out hoping that make this change so i can buy it in a heartbeat. Overall, the perfect keyboard case is one that has ... drawling mode, blacklight keyboard, trackpad, Apple Pencil holder, soft press access to lock,vol buttons, and overall protection) i think this case did very well giving all it was missing was drawling mode. I will be looking forward to that design upgrade!”

“I would give it 5 stars, but Unless I was given wrong information, I was told there is no magnetic back cover for my IPad Pro 3 Gen ( 2018). Out side of that, the keyboard works amazingly well.”

“My wife got my iPad Pro 11 keyboard with trackpad. Very nice to say the lease. Very satisfied. Trackpad works great, no lag at all. I guess its the way you set it up in iPad. Just wish it had a more robust overall cover for the iPad itself. The edges of the iPad are expose and in case you do drop it, there is no protection. Som kind of hard shell would be great and really complete the setup.”

“Very well designed & built - having had loads of cheaper alternatives over the years itâ€™s plain to see where the money goes. Very â€˜solidâ€™ feel and certainly not lightweight, itâ€™s a reassuringly chunky item. Once fitted to the iPad, it genuinely looks like it was â€˜meantâ€™ & matches the pads dimensions and styling well. Operationally itâ€™s purposeful and the touchpad is a great addition, although it takes a while to get used to - a stray thumb or finger can delete a paragraph or close an app in error. All positive so far [after a month anyway] and itâ€™ll be interesting to see how it fares over a year. The only gripe I had was on shipping costs to the UK - Brydge suggests their kit is available from PC World but my local branch had never heard of them and thereâ€™s no mention of them on the PC World website..... forking out another Â£15 to get something â€˜apparentlyâ€™ on a shelf a mile away really hacked me off. Oh - and the rear cover â€˜protectorâ€™ is rubbish - it falls off in a slight breeze.”
