Recently received my new Brydge with the trackpad it’s lighter than the previous model I had and works beautifully easy to use the trackpad even without sitting at a table fits my iPad perfectly highly recommend it to anyone well worth the price and the wait!!

Recently purchased a Keyboard with a mousepad for a IPad Pro (2018 Model), they sent me a keyboard for a 2019-20 model, which have the wrong backing for my IPad Pro -2018 model. They claimed that they no longer had the back covers for my older model. So I asked for a full refund. They insisted on charging me a restocking (17%) and freight fee! They did not fill my order correctly and should not charge for the return of the item. I’m currently awaiting a response from my 3rd email request a full refund.

The keyboard itself works just fine - I like the trackpad and the keys, and it feels like a quality product. One thing I don’t like however is the clips that hold the iPad in place. It’s a weird design choice and definitely doesn’t feel the most secure no matter how snugly they fit. One of the clips could break (I’m kind of expecting it to) and this is an EXPENSIVE product for such a design flaw. Still, the keyboard does work well and has the convenience keys on the top row that the magic keyboard doesn’t, so I’ll live with it and cross my fingers the clips don’t break. It’s also worth mentioning that the magnetic back for the iPad has a very weak magnet. Don’t expect it to protect your iPad from anything more than air, and you should probably expect it to come off or be dislocated in a bag.

I’ve had it for about a month. Enjoying it. Feels like a small laptop, with the ipad pro 11”. Sleek design. The small keyboard takes some getting used to, but I’m adapting. At first, the connection was glitchy, but now it’s happening automatically with one button push. No delay in typing whatsoever. The feel of the keys and the device overall are very solid. As a result, though, it’s a little heavier than I was expecting, and the combination with the ipad feels like the weight of a small laptop (slightly less, only, than my wife’s 13” macbook). If keeping weight down is your goal, one of the floppier keyboards may be a better choice. Even with the weight, it can be a little tipsy when the screen is angled out to 135 deg or so. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Pros: very easy to connect and use. Cons: Shims were damaged on arrival - had to have someone assist with proper realignment and connection. Instruction sheet received with keyboard was written in about a 7" font -- much too small for anyone with sight issues to read. Had to go to youtube to get useable information.

Horrible, gestures are unusable, in accurate. I have other brydge products that are great. This one missed the mark by far. Returned it which was also a hassle. Never buying anything from them again!

So with sadness I have to write that I’m disappointed with this keyboard. I have the older version with no track pad and was excited to get the new one with the trackpad. Here is why. The track pad is fine, works well, The keys are great, types as you would expect, love the added keys at the top, but the biggest ugh is that I cannot turn the iPad around so that I can write on it. The rear guards, which are a lot bigger than the old ones, block part of the screen, which incidentally also means that it blocks part of the screen when you watch a movie. As someone who is always writing or drawing on my iPad this is a big deal and a deal breaker. If you’re only using it as a keyboard, it will be great for you, but if you draw or write with a stylus, then you may want to stick with the older model. Build Quality: 5 Stars Usability: 3 Stars (if you need to write on the iPad) otherwise it’s defiantly 5 stars.

continued excellence in product design and performance. Most important, track pad which eliminates need for mouse. Hinge design greatly improved. Continues near perfect keyboard design including backlit, iPad control keys.
