Received brand new in the box but the backlight is not working at all. Been charged to 100% overnight and the backlight key does nothing. Mutliple emails to support have yielded no help whatsoever.

This BRYDGE PRO + keyboard for iPad is not worth the money. It certainly does not work like the video shows or the description describes AT ALL!! The track pad is terrible, and very frustrating to use. Scrolling barely works, and gestures are non existent and certainly not 'fluid' as the product description suggests. Just switching home screens is a task in it of itself - certainly not as easy as a swipe like shown in the video. The 'magnet' back cover that is supposed to protect your iPad, barley stays on - leaving the back of the iPad unprotected.. Not to mention there is huge square around my camera because they only offer a back piece that fits the 2020 iPad pros. There is zero protection for your iPad. The video for this product is extremely deceiving - I couldn't do any of what the video shows with the keyboard or track pad. The track pad is no way no how 'oversized' as stated in the description in fact is quit small. The keyboard certainly does transform the way you use you iPad and NOT in a good way - in-fact it makes the easy-to-use iPad very cumberson and frustrating to use. Aside from the product being less than sub par, the customer service is downright awful. Took over 4 weeks for the keyboard to ship. When I went to return it I had to email CS only to be told a 7.5% restocking fee would apply even though it was not shipped when it was stated it would be and the product does not live up the the claims on the website. REALLY?? Not sure what a 7.5% restocking fee is for other then gouging customers only to resale the item. Bad product and bad customer service - will never do business with this company ever again.

Overall, the Brydge Pro+ is a great key board that is very responsive. The keyboard and trackpad work seamlessly with the iPad Pro and give it the feel of a Macbook. The Brydge Pro+ is also well build and sturdy. This keyboard would easily rate 5 stars, however, for the price, I am very disappointed in the snap-on magnetic cover that is included with Brydge Pro+. The magnet isn’t strong enough and results in the cover shifting around or falling off. What makes it worse is that although the website does states that "All orders placed after March 18 will receive a back cover that fit the 2020 & 2018 iPad Pro,” the cover, which is intended for the 2020 iPad Pro leave a big opening on the 2018 version of the iPad which also allow the cover to move around when you are carrying or moving the iPad. For the price, and this is no cheap option, Brydge should have provided the cover intended for the 2018 and had a stronger magnetic backing. Otherwise, I would rate this as one of the best case/keyboards I have ever had with any of my iPads over the years.

Not happy with the touch pad sensitivity. I was consistently jumping around on the screen while typing. i so wanted to like this added feature after having been very pleased with the original Brydge lighted keyboard which got ruined with a small liquid spill.

I’ve had my keyboard for a couple weeks now, and am just learning the in’s and outs, but I’ve had a number of others and in comparison this won out does them in every area. The track pad is very sensitive so I will still have to learn to key my thumbs to myself while typing, but that will come with practice.

Brydge has a very poor costumer service If you will email them It will take 1 week for them to get back to you. Personally, its better to buy brydge products to amazon instead of buying to them directly.
