“After waiting for so long, and a couple of delays for good measure, to get this with issues is unforgivable. The fact that I was receiving no help from customer service added to what has been a terrible experience from what I thought would be a good experience in the keyboard. When it arrived the battery never read 100%; it always began at 85%. After a couple of updates, which the rep lauded as a fix to the issue, it never did. All I got by a weekly message was that the battery issue would work itself out with the update. It adjusted it, but now it starts at 95% after unplugged. I was getting one email a week, basically keeping me waiting until my return ability ran out. The keyboard has a mind of its own. It makes my screen lock, distort, and frantically shake. I'm not sure if the entire trackpad is supposed to work, but only the bottom half of it clicks. Instead of me naturally moving my fingers to a corner, which makes sense, I have to find where it starts to click on the trackpad, which is halfway on it. I had a couple of battery issues with my last Brydge keyboard, but I overlooked it because the idea of this company showed promise, but with ineffectual customer service, lack of communication, and a terrible keyboard, my time is up with this company and its products.”

“This is my second Brydge Pro. I love it but because I wanted to have one with a tracpad, I replaced my first one. I have tried other keyboards and find this one the most user friendly and works better than all the others. I love the lighted keyboard. Has everything I need to turn my Ipad Pro into a computer! Highly recommend this keyboard.”
