The rubber around the hinge that holds the IPAD Pro looks to be getting out of its original shape. Sometimes when I use multi touch to scroll on the touchpad it doesn't always catch. Typing is great. Otherwise it appears to be of high quality. I also asked for the magnetic cover for a 2018 IPad Pro 12.9 and Brydge still sent me the 2020 after agreeing to send me the fit for the 2018! I think if I had to do this again I would not purchase and spend more for the Magic Keyboard.

After waiting for almost two months, I finally received the product and was not impressed by the looks. There was no pride in the work or package. I am regretting in not investing in the Apple Magic Key. Was not worth the time or the money. No instructions for returning..

The lag for the cursor is significant. I also just can’t get the gestures down. I have an issue where the screen will randomly zoom in slowly after switching apps. Only happens when this keyboard is connected and zoom is turned off in settings. Also, I feel the back magnetic protector feels a little cheap. It works well for what it is, but could use some improvement.

I really did not want to give a negative review, but the fact that I waited 3 weeks for the back order, the keyboard is in Utah (FedEx confirmation) and I live in Chicago and I've paid for the device is bad. However, things happen, but not getting a response from Customer Service on my email within 48 hours of this is unacceptable. Please let me know how I can get the keyboard I paid for. Thank you.

I recently purchased/received the new Brydge Pro+ keyboard with integrated pad for use with the iPad Pro 12.9 (2020). I was hoping to get some initial problems resolved with Brydge support prior to posting a review, but, alas, that hasn’t happened. Seems Brydge support is so overwhelmed (or understaffed) that it takes 3-5 days for an email response. There seems to be very little documentation or suggested performance settings for the keyboard, leaving one to basically try/repeat suspected settings within iOS. The keyboard, overall, has a solid construction and appearance. The plastic lid cover furnished for the iPad Pro, however, needs a stronger magnet or another way to secure, as it is easily dislodged from the iPad. Functionally, the keyboard has several operational problems which need addressing to bring it up to par with expectations. First, the scrolling up/down action in several applications (Facebook, Instagram, email, etc) is very “jerky” and non-fluid. It seems to scroll up/down in small virtual page sizes instead of a smooth, continuous movement, as compared to the Apple Magic mousepad. Next, pinch/zoom and swipe left/right functionality is missing. This forces one to use the native iPad functionality to achieve these movements, somewhat negating the purpose of the integrated pad. Next, it seems that even though the keyboard is paired with the iPad Pro (2020), it loses the connection whenever the iPad sleeps. I’m forced to turn on the keyboard after the iPad is active before cursor movement is regained instead of being “awakened” by the iPad when it awakes. I’m hoping these problems will be quickly resolved with forthcoming firmware updates, but, at present, these make using the keyboard and pad somewhat aggravating, thus, supporting the two star rating. After the problems have been addressed, I will revisit this review to update.

The keyboard is just what I wanted for my iPad Pro 2020. The track pad works flawlessly and the keyboard feels good when I type. Definitely worth the money. I gave it four stars because it is better than everything else I tried and it totally out weighs the couple cons I have. I wish there was an actual case for the iPad itself. So when I detach it from the keyboard I am more confident in its protection. The magnetic backing doesn’t inspire confidence. Detaching it from the keyboard is not something I do very often. So it’s not that big a deal for me.
