“I bought this expecting the trackpad would behave like my Magic Keyboard, and was really disappointed at how laggy and buggy the experience was. The hardware itself seemed great, so hope the firmware will be fixed, and I can buy again in the future.”

“Waited two months. Finally received it and used it for less than one week and the “L” key sticks making it unusable. Emailed the company last Week and still no reply. Hopefully they will replace it. Very expensive product to perform so badly....”

“Make sure you really really want it because they provide no legitimate cancellation policy/option and will ship it then charge you restock fees and make you pay for shipping again.”

“I ended up sending it back after my best attempt to work with it. Some things that were clear enough before purchasing: the microphone key at the bottom left is for Siri but not for dictating; I wish it served both purposes. Obviously it does not hold the Apple Pencil in place any better than the magnet on the unit; I would love future versions to offer more support around the pencil. Trackpad works fine, but future versions can do more special gestures. Magnetic cover of the top comes off too easily.”
