“IPad Pro 11 slipping out of old and newly installed shims. Tried to send pics of problem using Brydge customer service app but pictures did not attach so sent just text of problem. Apparently photos and video are required. 4th Brydge keyboard, first 3 are still in use. This one has design problems. Will try to send pics 1 more time then time to buy another keyboard case for the iPad.”

“Brydge has some amazing products .. but this is the worst design. For $160 case you would think it would be awesome and last. I’m constantly readjusting my iPad. The rubber pieces move and stretch in all the wrong ways. I open and close my iPad frequently throughout the day and wanted something durable. Not happy spending that kind of money and not being at all happy with the product”

“They tear, replacement cycle takes days....keyboard worthless while awaiting replacement shims. On my 3rd shim replacement, super careful inserting and removing iPad...what a pain.”
