“For all intents and purposes, they have disintegrated. My iPad continues to slip out of the keyboard. When held properly, the keyboard is great. However, the current design/setup is pitiful”

“your older keyboards had no issues, I loved them. However even with the new shims in place, the iPad comes loose easily. I addition, the bracket has now broken on one side because of this; it slipped off as I picked it up and dropped it, it broke. The whole thing is now in the trash, it's been nothing but problematic from the start. Very disappointed.”
