Reasonably quick ship time. Very well packaged, protecting every piece expertly. Sturdy materials. Followed instructions and had no problem assembling on own. Fantastic product! Very happy with purchase. Raise/lower of workspace very easy. Using for remote home office. BTOD also has such great videos demonstrating their product, and providing synopsis of others, which helped me decide on this one being best for me. Thanks guys.

We have several brands of standing desks in our offices so I tried everyone's then ordered "THE DUKE" and now everyone wants one. I like that when I do want to sit, it is almost flush with my desktop which is not like the others I tried. I'm very happy with it so far.

I'm very satisfied with the purchase. For me the Duke works great just as I needed. I just was surprised to see that the protective stickers of the base foot were glued on the wrong side but it was easy to fix. As for improvments I think Increasing distance to the monitor would help.

The Duke is the most ergonomic, functional and elegant desk for seating and standing operations. It is simple to assemble and to operate. Thank you.

I'm a home based employee and I was looking for a reasonably priced desk riser to use with my existing RA corner desk unit. I had previously bought my office chair and desk at BTOD and couldn't be happier with those items so I decided to start my search at BTOD. I called and talked to BTOD about the desk risers and they recommended the Duke. It was cheaper than the model I was looking at and their rep told me it was made it the USA and used a real steel base. I decided to go with the dual monitor setup and I'm so glad that I did. I was pleasantly surprised that my macbook air fits nicely on the platform and I don't have to move it when lowering or raising the riser. The Duke is so easy to transition from sitting to standing, none of the items on the desk riser move when I raise or lower it, it's very steady. I find that I stand for a couple of hours then sit for a while and continue that cycle throughout the day. I really enjoy the flexibility the riser adds to my workday. Being stuck in a chair for 8+ hours a day isn't fun or healthy! Make sure you get a good cushion mat for standing otherwise it can be hard on your knees. I did have my husband put the duke together, it took about 20 minutes and was very easy, you could tell it was well made.
