“The chair is well made, it's comfortable and it's everything the company says it is EXCEPT that it was advertised as a 24" height (and I confirmed by phone that this model was 24") but as constructed it's only 19" height. I'm extremely disappointed with this as I am quite short and need a taller chair. Otherwise its a pretty nice desk chair, but now what do I do? Pretty pricey problem to have.”

“I am 5'-2" and 125 pounds. The chair does not go low enough to get my thighs parallel to the floor. The tension on the tilt function is too high even on the lowest setting; I have to push back firmly with my feet, which defeats the purpose. I'm disappointed as this was described as a chair for small people. In addition, the delivery was four days late.”
“Easy to assemble but still need help to attach the back support to the seat. Im 5'1" but still my knees are way out of seat! I and its very odd. Im very disappointed after 3 weeks i received a chair i have to return. The back support is very close to the seat and and since cushion is very thick its like pushing me forward and its not adjustable. So im very tiny person but because of the back rest seat is not comfortable and i have to return it.”
