“This chair does not fit my body well at all. I'm 5'3", i.e. at the taller end of petite, but with a long torso and short legs. The seat height doesn't go low enough, and the seat depth doesn't go small enough. The seat cuts into the back of my thighs. The armrests are hard and uncomfortable. Due to the high restocking fee and having to pay return shipping, I have kept it and am trying to make it work. Very disappointing.”
“It's great having a chair that's the right height for me (I'm 5' tall). I always needed to rest my feet on something with my previous chairs because they wouldn't go low enough. It took a week or two to get used to this chair since I've never had a chair with synchro tilt before--as I understand it this is an ergonomic feature that helps me sit properly, and I'm pretty sure I've been sitting wrong for years. I'm sure I still don't sit right 100% of the time--it's hard to quit sitting with one foot tucked under you when you've been doing it for most of your life--but I think I sit properly more often than before. Also, I picked the hard floor caster option and I love how smooth it rolls. I also like that this chair is just much lower profile than my other chairs--it's not nearly as bulky so it tucks away very nicely, and the arm rests don't hit the inside of my corner desk like my old chairs would.”

“Overall my experience has been excellent! The chair's level of comfort is far superior to anything else I have had the chance to try... and I have tried many. I am 5 foot 1, and finding anything that is built for my size is quite a challenge. I once tried every chair in our local Staples (this includes office chairs, gaming chairs, etc.) and none of them were even close to satisfactory. This chair, on the other hand, is very comfortable and built for me! I am very happy with it! It's easy to assemble and easily adjustable for different everyday needs. The chair supports my back very well, and the the wide, side-swiveling arm rests work very well for me. I like the color too. (I chose capri.)

I highly recommend this chair to people of smaller stature like myself!
The only criticism I have is that the chair is a little bit difficult to maneuver on the carpet we have. I'm not sure if the casters or the weight of the chair is the issue.
Despite this small inconvenience, I would like to reiterate my joy in finally finding a chair I feel comfortable sitting in. It's such a relief!”
