“First time ordering from BTOD after seeing some of their YouTube videos so I had some buyer uncertainty, but I have to say that their customer service and product quality is really top-tier, not to mention the plethora of customization options that are available. I didn't use the included instructions because the video that came with it helped to visualize the building process. The video was clear enough for me to figure things out and build the desk within 30 minutes and it's been working like an absolute charm. The only nitpick I'll mention for those who might see this as a potential issue is that the noise when the desk adjusts height can be louder than expected, though I don't mind it too much.”
“The desk was easy to assemble and is very sturdy (doesn't wobble when raised to standing height). The only (minor) downside is having to hold down the programmable button (as opposed to simply pressing it once) to raise/lower the desk to my preset sitting and standing heights, but using Siri to raise and lower the desk makes it so much easier!”

“Pro:
Sturdy, fast enough movement speed, good heights, good parts for cable management, holds lots of weigh, quality parts (from what I can tell). Instructions for assembly is good.
Con:
1. Wood table arrived damaged, the back side has a small area that's chipped off.
2. The table arrived missing a screw hole for one of the small parts for cable management.
3. The extra optional controller lags sometimes, it freezes and doesn't respond. Unpowering the table erases the memory.
4. The setup manual is a print out, the manual for the controller is confusing.”
