First the Desk is excellent, let me get that out of the way. However, I'm giving a low rating because every other step was subpar. First the delivery was two weeks late. I get that it's COVID but it would have been nice if you addressed the matter. The order sat their with a estimated shipping date of two weeks prior before I got a hold of a customer serivce rep. Then the desk arrives and it requires power tools to assemble. I feel like they should make it clear you will need a cordless drill to assemble this thing. And finally the extras. No idea why they feel the need to pull this crap when the desk is so great, but all of the extras are subpar. The monitor arms break easily because the instructions make no sense, and they let me order a pencil tray that literally doesn't fit anywhere on the desk. I take some blame for having eyes bigger than my stomach but still. You guys make a great product. Cut the crap and let it speak for itself.

Now that working from home has become the new normal, I wanted a standing desk to help with neck/back pain I was starting to notice using temporary office setups. I bought this standing desk due to the claims of being very sturdy, especially in a raised position. As a taller (6'4'') person, I wanted to be sure the desk would not wobble excessively when raised all the way up. So far I have been very satisfied with the performance of the desk. There are few minor drawbacks. First there was an issue with the motor not mounting properly to the leg out of the box. I got around this by loosening the motor from the mounting plate a bit and then tightening everything back up after install. About a week after delivery I did get an unsolicited notification from BTOD about this problem (others must have had the same issue) and that they had sent a new mounting plate overnight, which I did receive. While it was not needed in the end as I had already managed to get the motor bolted to the desk, it was nice of customer service to try and correct the problem on their own in a prompt manner. Also, while the desk raises and lowers smoothly, it does seem a bit noisy. This being my first experience with a motorized standing desk I don't have anything to really compare it to. Overall, the desks looks very nice, I really like the finish and craftsmanship. For the price, it is a solid purchase for sure!

Great color choices. Quality legs and motor. Feels very sturdy with no wobble. Customer service is also great. The only negative, is that it's engineered wood and not solid. It would be nice if they offered that but it would probably cost more. Over all this is the perfect desk for me and I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase. Would recommend!

Amazing desk!!! Very sturdy and relatively easy to put together. I got the pencil drawer and horizontal wire management tray as additional options and they are great. I really appreciate the broad range of height adjustments (I am 6' 1" and highest standing position would even be good for someone a few inches taller than me). The desk is very stable and the top seems really sturdy/durable so far. I couldn't be more happy.

Terrible experience assembling the desk due to the faulty motor bracket and the bolts on the top of each leg not being tightened from the factory. Had to jam the bracket into the desk with a lot of force due to the bracket design issue for the batch i have. After trying to make that work for 2 hours (Step 1) I finished the rest of the desk only to find out that the factory didnt tighten the bolts that secure the drive shaft on one of the legs causing it to rub horridly against the frame on all movements. Had to disassemble the entire desk again to get access to the top of the legs to tighten the bolts and then drill everything back in again. I did not pay over $700 to deal with these type of quality issues.

Easy to assemble by myself. Works perfectly! I am happy with my preset heights so I can switch between sitting and standing without readjustment. The desktop was surprisingly heavy compared to my old desk. Beautiful, quality product!

The desk took about 20 minutes to build and everything lined up perfectly. It works great so far. I cant tell how long it will actually last but as it sits I am incredibly happy with it. It is rock solid and sturdy and the surface is perfect for a lazer mouse. Very slick and smooth. Couldn't recommend it enough. That being said 700 dollars is alot of money, but you really get what you pay for with this.
