Customer service is outstanding - original shipment had a damaged leg, received a replacement promptly. Desk is quite stable and smooth. I use a Herman Miller Renew at work, the VertDesk v3 is much more stable, which was what I was looking for.

The desk is very high quality and I have no doubts I selected the right one for my needs. Very strong and stable. I'd also like to shout out to BTOD for the superb service. There was an issue with one part in transit due to the couriers being a little heavy handed, but BTOD were on top of the issue quickly and I was up and running in no time.

For the past couple of years I have used an electric sit/stand desk at work and have come to really depend upon it. So I got this VertDesk v3 for use at home. It operates very smoothly, and is completely stable. I have the bamboo top, which is beautiful but did not come pre-drilled -- not a big deal but time consuming and more mistake-prone. I believe the other tops are pre-drilled, which should make assembly pretty simple, and I'm told that they will update the instructions to clarify a few points for undrilled tops. I am really happy with this desk.

So far so good, I've used the desk for about 2 months now. Most easy assembly, very sturdy, looks nice, smooth mechanisms. Only complaint would be the finish on the desk chips and scratches easily. The desk arrived with a small chip, I presume from shipping. Wasn't enough of an issue to send it back. Then upon assembly my drill slipped and I scratched up the surface - the area of the scratch was not noticable - underside of desk. Desk does feel qualify and not cheap though, all in all a good purchase,

I shopped for weeks before deciding on a standing desk. My two biggest concerns were, 1. proper fit, and 2. zero wobble. I work from home so the desk would see a lot of typing, writing etc. I'm also an avid gamer, and wobble while gaming wasn't going to work. After all the reviews and phone calls to various companies customer services, I got ahold of BTOD. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the Customer Service agent I spoke to, but he assured me as a fellow gamer, the desk won't move. So, somewhat skeptical, I ordered one. I've had it for months now and couldn't be happier. Mine is on hardwood floors, extended about 2 inches shy from full. The desk is rock sold. Pay attention when you assemble it, tighten all the bolts, etc. Fantastic product!

When setting up the up/down switch stopped working because we were plugging it in then moving the plug and after letting it sit for a few min. unplugged it started working fine and haven't had any issue since then. Just need to get my maintenance folks to finish mounting the wires into the holders. Love the USB plugs that came in the Power Strips. Con: I'm left handed and they don't have a keyboard with a mouse pad on the left side of the keyboard.

I use it daily in my home office and absolutely love it. Easy to use, durable, and looks good too. Only drawback is assembly, which is definitely a 2-person job due to the weight of the parts (which actually means they're of good quality)
