My one complaint-sometimes when I press the up arrow, the desk will go down first, then go up ( Although it always eventually goes where I want it).”

During the first week, the noise while lowering was a bit much, but it has since quieted down significantly.

“I waited two and a half weeks for my desk that I ordered for just over $1000 (so I thought I was getting a higher end product) and unfortunately I'm really disappointed. The desk and shelf are the same color/style so I know they sent me what they call "walnut", but they're a good deal lighter looking than the pictures on their website and definitely not what I was expecting for Walnut.
What's worse, is the desk arrived with a large dent in the top surface on one of the side edges. I'm not sure if this is the shipper's fault or if Btod just forward me an already damaged product, but currently I definitely regret my purchase. I bet the legs and hardware is decent quality so that's why I give more than 1 star, but I definitely did not receive the dream desk I thought I ordered.”

“My VertDesk is amazing! And the customer service is the best service I have received in a really long time. I am not very good at putting together furniture. I called twice and April was very patient and assured me that she would keep helping until I could use my new desk. I figured out the first step after talking with her and watching the YouTube video she sent. But then I got stuck and called again. Once again she helped and right away I was back on track. Then she offered her direct extension as she said she could continue helping me since she knew my situation and wanted to see me through to completion!
