“It is important to state that he desk is exactly what I ordered. All parts ordered were delivered, the finished product is solid construction and mostly great. This would be a 5-star review except I ordered parts (wire tray) and grommets that really aren't installable with the desk size (23"x39"). It would have been nice for someone to tell me that my order configuration wasn't going to work well. With a bit more guidance, I would not have installed grommet holes and perhaps no wire or tray, though the tray would install a bit easier without the grommet holes. These parts don't work well with a small desk, and since I have to self-install the wire tray, I really can't see how it can be used given the placement of the grommet holes. There are no pre-drilled holes for that, so I'm left to figure it out or not install the thing I paid for. My consumer advice is definitely go with this company, but ask a lot of questions, and before you click buy, ask the sales rep if the configuration you've chosen will present any extra challenges.”
“Mu husband set up the desk, which wasn't difficult but it does take 2 people to lift the desk top. I haven't used the voice control yet, but the desk is really good looking, very stable and easy to use.”
“Great desk! Fit & finish are top notch. I'm fairly tall (6'3") and it adjusts higher and lower than I need it to (even when standing on a rocker board). The crossbar in back is up high enough that it's not in the way at all, and the whole thing is super stable. The top was finished on both sides, which was a pleasant surprise, and the color/pattern is great. I was considering a few other brands at first, but the more I researched, qualities such as desk stability, quality, repairability, warranty all pointed me to the BTOD VertDesk, as this is something I plan on keeping for a long time. Had fears that the top might get damaged in transit, but they were unfounded. The legs & top do all come in one big, heavy box, so plan appropriately! I also got a matching shelf but the screws for it were missing, they sent me the parts right away after I reached out, so great customer service. No regrets!”
