“I was impressed with the quality and stability of the Vert Desk v3. It is very stable at all heights and is quiet as it operates. It was easy to put together wit the included tools, but I did need to drill pilot holes for the programmable control pad since the pre-drilled holes did not line up. Overall it is a high quality desk for a great price the I would not hesitate to recommend to others.”
“The VertDesk was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the 72" long top, which is a bit expensive, but I am so happy I did. I now have a flexible, organized workspace. I had all three holes drilled for routing cables and I am happy I did as I use all three. I have added a sliding drawer and some extra cable management trays from Amazon. I like those better than the choices available from BTOD. I highly recommend this desk!”
“I bought this desk hoping it would actually be stable as advertised. I saw several electric standing desks in the box Office supply stores, none were stable when at a standing level. The Vertdesk actually is super stable and does not move in the range 28in to about 45in in height. It does rock a bit at very top of the range, but you would need to be about 6' 8" to use it at that level. The Mahogany finish seems to be pretty strong with no nicks shown. It took about 1.5 hours to put it together with the hardest part being the drive rod threading. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.”
“It's solid and not too hard to put together. I'm a 5 foot woman and was able to do it. It did require me to have a second person to stand it up once all put together! One comment re: the additional purchase of the filing cabinet. There were no installation directions and I managed, but not sure if it was supposed to come with tracks or not. It was NOT easy to put on due to the placement of the holes and having the drawers open while upside down on the underside of the desk. I had to reach my arm in using a screwdriver (luckily I have small arms; a larger person would not have fit). A drill was not going to fit. Not sure if I did this right. It's functioning now. But this was very difficult, and again, came with no instructions.”
“I found a video on the BTOD website that helped in selecting the desk options, but as I recall I seemed to have stumbled on it rather than being directed to it. When I contacted the BTOD directly, I got good pre-sale service too. The desk arrived as advertised. Most of the assembly was aided by pre-drilled holes in the bottom-side of the desk, but some of the optional pieces I had to do myself - no big deal. The assembly instructions were ok, and I did have to look carefully a few times to get things right. I have been using the desk for about a week. It is very stable when fully up, which was a deciding factor in my purchase. I had no hands-on experience with other sit-to-stand desks, but reviews of others indicated to expect wobble on extension. I am happy with the aesthetics and all parts seem to be well constructed. Now the test of time...”
