“I purchased a VertDesk V3 from BTOD in January, 2020. I was very impressed with the quality of the desk and the variety of accessories.The desk is very sturdy and I was particularly pleased with the many options for color choices - I decided on the Driftwood with the black base and it looks great.
My husband and I put the desk together and between the Youtube videos and written directions, it all went smoothly. Of course it took us over 3 hrs to do so, but we had a lot of accessories: horizontal wire management; power strip; wire management box; and keyboard tray. And that time included replugging my computer, modem and printer and tucking all the wires into the wire management box. I love that I no longer have all those tangled wires hanging in the back of my desk.
Their customer service is very professional. I decided I didn't need the pencil tray and wanted to return it. They were very helpful, responsive and expedient with the refund. I would recommend the Vertdesk and would purchase from BTOD again in the future.”

I ordered a VertDesk v3 and unfortunately upon delivery, the desktop was completely broken in half (everything else arrived in tact). I called the number on the box and Jackie from customer service was pleasant to speak with, worked to get a replacement ordered right away with a quick delivery, and genuinely made the experience a positive one despite the delivery issue. After putting the desk together, it seems well built, works as described and I'm happy with my purchase.”

“Very happy with my choice. Assembly was fairly straightforward and I was able to install third party accessories/attachments fairly easily as well. I'm using the desk for music production. The 66x30 can fit two studio monitors, a widescreen computer monitor and laptop tray via desktop mount plus my 49 key midi keyboard and audio interface with room to spare. The weight is no problem for the motor either”
