“The J-channel came slightly damaged but I was sent a replacement quickly. Assembling the table was pretty easy, though the hex rod is deliberately a little shorter than the width of the legs, so if you fully insert into both legs then the legs will be a half-inch off from the pilot holes (the hex rod being slightly shorter makes sense in retrospect since it should be able to rotate with the motor, but threw me off at first, since I haven't assembled anything with them before; I would've liked a quick note or something). There was some back-and-forth email communication with the service team but they looked into it and clarified with me; the desk itself works well, looks really nice, it's stable and the motor runs smoothly!”
“I labored over this deal for months before pulling the trigger on this deal. I was in a pickle over this desk or one from uplift. It was the quality parts and service warranty that brought me over here for the win. I do not regret anything as I have a medical condition that requires me to work while standing. Don't skimp on the control switch because you will want the one touch memory for all your favorite heights. The final nail in the coffin was that it was quality checked and assembled in the USA.”
“The assembly video for the VertDesk was the most helpful resource I encountered. I read through the instructions and then watched the video as I assembled the desk. Worked out great! The only item I didn't care for was the dual monitor system. But this was more due to my fashion taste than anything. They looked like they would work pretty good. The ball joint on the monitor mount unit was very stiff and since I had decided to return, I didn't want to mess it up by trying to force it to rotate. Very satisfied.”

My only wish would be for a video showing installation of the trackless keyboard tray. If there was one, we didn't find it. “So I got this desk as I took a new position within my company that I work from home 100%. So since I had never worked on a desk before (I traveled) I was not sure what I really wanted or needed. So I first like everyone started on looking Amazon, well in short that sucked. I learned allot that the cheap desks are just that cheap desks. I then went to a big box store, they had 5 different types, and the electronics on them looked cheap. Worse part was when I moved them up and down, they made sooo much noise and they ALL wobbled. Even at the lowest height they were not sturdy. Then went to a furniture store, they looked nice however they did not feel good sitting and space wise. They also wobbled on all their electric desks (the few they had). So by this time I was needing to get a desk, I was doing a few more online searches and came across BTOD and their reviews of desks. I watched and then compared theirs to others, and the only major difference was price. The other companies ship their desks from other locations they dont check them and once you have it its yours. And they were all much more expensive. I was going to place my order online, however I decided to call. The rep was super nice and he said I can send you samples as I wasn't sure what color and style I really wanted and internet colors never look the same. So he sent me out a complete set of samples, I matched them to my new office (my wife really did that). I then called back to place and order, He also gave me an extra % off for using the phone. So I got a better deal than if I would have placed it only online. I got the biggest desk I could almost and am very glad I did. I use every inch of it with 3 monitors 2x24Inch & 1 27Inch, 1 laptop & and port repelactor and other stuff (just seems to fill up fast). Under the desk I put a power strip so all my devices simply plug in and only 2 cords. 1 CAT6 & 1 Power Cable, that's it nice and clean. I have the programable settings for my standing height and 1 for sitting. Just one push of the buttons and it goes where I want it to quickly and quality. So the thing I like best is the desk doesn't move, its solid!!! This was locally sourced you can call someone if you have an issue and shipping was super fast. Yes the desk requires 2 people to move into the space you want to use it, however the reason it requires 2 people is because its a great heavy duty desk. So don't listen to those wieners about how heavy it is, a desk it not meant to be moved while you are working on it. So I will also soon be getting a few other items as they have great solid office products at reasonable prices. Well hope this was helpful, sorry for my spelling mistakes.
