“Too much of a back sway forced excessive back extension and has caused severe pain issues for me. It was not apparent at first but switching back to a cheap chair really helped. BTOD wouldn't accept a return because I had disposed of packaging. (I couldn't tell the damage the chair was doing to my back right away so I had thrown it out.) My physical therapist has me doing exercises to recover from this chair. Buy something with adjustable lumbar support instead of this oddly shaped chair.”

The design is clean and simple, looks good, and is comfortable for many hours per day. I upgraded with the premium wheels and the headrest, and am happy with my choices.”
“The Eurotech Vera chair lives up to every detail of the btod video description. It is made of durable and handsome materials. The lumbar support is perfectly located and provides comfort and backbone. The back adjustments are subtle and effective. I have short thighs and appreciate that I could adjust the seat position to accommodate them. The arms move forward and back, as well as side to side without effort. If I had to isolate one feature that invites a 5 star rating, it would be the comfort and dimensions of the seat. Very happy with this purchase and customer service at btod!”
“Loving the chair so far. Much more comfortable than other options I had in my house. Only complaint is how it arrived and don't know whether that's the fault of the company or shipping. The box looked like it had been through a tornado, the connecting supplies (screws) were strewn through the box with two of the screws used to connect the back rest missing.”
“This is a nice chair with really good lower back support. It's very pretty. The bottom of the chair is heavy and substantial, and there's lots of adjustment possibilities in the arms. I bought the optional headrest, but, the reason I gave the chair 4 stars instead of 5, is because there's no adjustment of any kind in the headrest, and it really doesn't fit my head, so I would skip it. Otherwise, great price for a chair that does what this one does.”
