“The seat was so hard and the back pushed inward too much, causing me to slightly slide off of it, don't even bother with the headrest, it just slightly pokes you constantly. The return experience was even worse! They did not put in their return policy that you will need to disassemble the chair on your own. You will have to buy 2 tools for it and struggle to disassemble it. They have a video for this but that video and that chair model obviously wasn't even sat in and is lighter material so it's easier to take apart. They insist that you put it back in the tight box exactly as it arrived it you want a shot at your refund. Never again, my new chair from the local Office depot, Workpro 1000 series was so much better and their return policy is that you can bring it back without disassembling it. Lesson learned the hard way...”
“The review on btod was very accurate. Thus far, I am very happy with the chair. The assembly screws were loose inside the box and two were missing. Given the distance it travels from China, I was not entirely surprised. It was not the most secure packing job. Fortunately, I was able to find nearly identical replacements at the hardware store.”
