The chair was not balanced. When sitting in it, it would spin left. It felt like it was pulling against my spine/hips.
Everything I got out the chair would almost do a full spin...
Ultimately returned the chair because it sat to high for me. I am 5'8". I had it lowered all the way and it still didn't allow for a 90 degrees knee bend. It was causing nerve discomfort in my legs.
Back was comfy! I wanted it to work, but it didn't.
