“Very good chair for back support. Easy to assemble. Arm rests rotate, but should have a locking mechanism to keep them in place. Mesh back collects dust bunnies from fleece pullovers. Other than these two very small gripes this a is winner for the price!!!”
“Really comfortable, but the screws were sort of thrown into the box instead of being placed into a bag, and I was missing 2 of the 3 screws needed to attach the back to the seat.”
“Quality is terrible. I may be an outlier but I went through 2+ shipments of chairs and still don't have a fully functional,undamaged chair. Waiting for them to come pick them all up because it can't even be disassembled to be shipped back. Two separate chairs came terribly damaged. Only saving grace is that it is relatively comfortable.
To be clear, the chair ships directly from the manufacturer. The BTOD customer service was great, following up and doing what they could for me.”
