“This is absolutely the best office chair! I am so pleased to have found the Eurotech Vera Mesh after hours of research and other purchases; great price at this high level of quality. I suffer with back issues; the design is extremely comfortable & the thick padded seat provides good support. The eco-friendly Construction, stylish appearance, and varied features make this the perfect choice for me!! The chair in lime green is quite stylish--So pleased I went for it”
“I bought this chair after watching a ton of BTOD reviews on youtube, and overall I'm super happy with it. Coming from a Secretlabs Omega, having actual ergonomics is great. The back being pure mesh with no dedicated lumbar was a huge draw for me, because many chairs I've tried with that have felt like a plank in the lower back. The chair cushion is very comfy, and the recline is super smooth. My two biggest issues are the armrests and the headrest. The armrest pads are super hard plastic and can really hurt to lean on for too long. They are very adjustable, but also take very little effort to move, which causes them to get shifted inadvertently when I move against them or lean on them to stand up. The headrest is nice to have when I recline, but it has no adjustability, and the foam is very thin, so it's not the comfiest. Overall, I'm happy with the chair and would recommend it for the price, but if the armrests were padded it would be a S tier chair for sure.”
“Very sturdy and comfortable. The seat is a bit too small. A big problem is the armrests horizontal adjustments do not lock, so they move around and this cannot be stopped.”
“Shipping was fast. The only reason I removed a star was that the box was not taped well. Screws fell out at my house, which I found, but it could have been in transit. Assembly was easy. Chair feels sturdy. It looks like a high end office chair. The cushion is comfortable and the mesh back is very supportive. Less than half the price of a Herman Miller Aero and 90% as comfortable. I am sold.”
“I bought a steelcase Amia (from steelcase) and the Eurotech Vera from BTOD. The Vera was a B in terms of overall build quality where the Amia was an A. However, imo, the Vera, a $500 chair, beat the Amia, a $1k chair, in every way. The seat comfort was amazing, the back is supportive, and it won across the board. My wife, brother and boss all preferred the Vera. There are only two complaints. The backrest is made of a material that will take all the fuzz off of sweaters and blankets. Otherwise, the other complaint is simply about packaging. All the pieces are just loose in the bottom of the box. I ordered a second Vera (for my wife) and it was missing the alen key. A small box for the total of 10 bits would solve this problem.”
“The Vera chair arrived in a timely manner. Assembly was easy. There were only 7 bolts to needed to be installed and they provided the needed Allen wrench. There was one minor part missing but both BTOD and the manufacturer quickly provided the missing part. The chair is very comfortable. Other chairs have a hard lumbar support pressing against your back. The Vera has just the right soft lumbar support built into the shape of the mesh back. The seat cushion is firm but very comfortable. It is thick and supports you well. The Vera has all the position adjustments that you need and are very easy to make. The only only minor drawback is that the armrest cushion tops swivel but are not able to be locked in position, but that is a minor issue.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the quality of construction and comfort of the Vera chair.”
“After way to many BTOD YouTube reviews. I decided for the value and quality this was the best chair for me. I have used this chair 8-10 hours a day for a month now and love it.”
