“Bought 2 of these chairs, one for work and one for the home office. One of the chairs has issues with the back adjustment not working properly. It's stuck in one position. But I don't feel like dismantling and shipping the chair back so we will keep it. Otherwise the chairs are very comfortable and help with my back and neck issues. Actually buying another one for one of my employees who also has back problems.”
“I had higher expectations for this chair. Though I do like the curvature of the back in that it encourages you to sit correctly, however, for me, it's not comfortable for long periods of sitting for me and the tops of the armrests are so waffley. Very moveable at the slightest touch. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that?”
